Accessed via Complete’s website, the switching service is provided by an independent comparison service. Switching facilities are on offer for gas and electricity; home phone; broadband; mobile phones; and credit cards, with brokers earning £10.00 for each utility supplier switched by their clients.

There are a number of free, web-based switching sites available, but many consumers remained confused about how to go about switching their utility supplier, and end up paying too much.

Complete Utility Switching follows the Complete Debt Solutions service (unveiled in April), as the packager/ distributor continues to seek new ways for brokers to add value to their customer service while also increasing their commission levels.
