Bill was previously head of mortgage compliance consultancy at eg Solutions. Prior to that, he has worked in the mortgage lending industry for over 30 years and has held a wide range of senior roles within sales, operational management, underwriting, customer services, customer relations and compliance. While at the Mortgage Code Register of Intermediaries (MCRI) – which later became the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) – Bill as National Compliance Manager was instrumental in setting up the mortgage compliance framework and processes, and in recruiting its compliance team.
