The online conveyancing distributor offers services to both brokers and estate agents and runs a panel of solicitor firms.
In the last year Conveyancing Alliance has offered a number of specific products to the broker market and is believed to be undertaking a strategic review which will determine the future of the brand and in particular its offering to brokers.
Harpal Singh, managing director of Conveyancing Alliance, wouldn’t confirm whether the brand was likely to be jettisoned and stressed the company was in the middle of a strategic review.
He said: “What I can say is that it’s unlikely we will ditch the Conveyancing Alliance brand as we have spent the past four years building it up.
“It is a successful brand and operation particularly in the estate agent market. So it’s unlikely to be a complete rebrand.”
But he added: “However, we’ve had a lot of broker feedback about our broker offering particularly over the last 12 months and it’s important we react to that.
“We’re currently ironing out the finer details but any rebrand will be broker-specific and is likely to result in a brand new proposition.
“At the moment it’s difficult to say anymore but we are not a million miles away and we think we will be bringing something to market which brokers will be excited about and will be very much a bespoke offering for them.”
