This gives advisers instant access to hundreds of solicitors and surveyors 24 hours a day, seven days a week and high referral earnings.
The 121 service, powered by Legal Marketing Services Ltd, is accessible via LIME’s private extranet and gives advisers access to 350 solicitors and 460 surveyors.
Referral fees are up to £200 per completed conveyancing case and £50 per completed survey case. The interactive online profile management functionality allows advisers to alter the amount charged.
The new initiative gives advisers complete control of case placements - not a third party – and they can download quotes, submit cases and track cases on line ensuring fast, efficient processing and high client service standards.
Clients will benefit from a one stop shop of all information being accessible from their adviser. All direct solicitor firms operate on-line, by phone, e-mail, or fax so support is instant and costs are shown up front for clients’ easy budgeting.
