The online system by MortgageBrain has seen over 1,200 registered mortgage advisers since its launch, which has seen a monthly increase of 32% since the start of 2017.
Over 12,000 conveyancing quotes have been generated by advisers using ConveyancingBrain.
The figures show a 98% increase in the number of conveyancing quotes running through to completion since the start of the year, with September representing the best ever month for the number of conveyancing completions.
