Over 90 Appointed Representatives (ARs) will have access to the service, including the facility to monitor cases online in ‘real time’ via GWLive, Goldsmith Williams’ recently launched online offering. Other benefits afforded through the partnership include exclusive prices, case completion within ten days, and no upfront or abortive fees on remortgages.
David Shortt, corporate services director at Goldsmith Williams, commented: “We are delighted that Cotswold Mortgage Services has chosen Goldsmith Williams as its preferred conveyancing partner, allowing its network to benefit from our commitment to high quality customer service, speed and efficiency.”
Chris French, managing director of Cotswold Mortgage Services, added: “We are impressed by the technology and the service commitment offered by Goldsmith Williams, particularly for the completion of remortgages. We have made a management decision to provide solutions through technology and GWLive helps us with another stage of our development. With immediate effect, ARs will have more control over the conveyancing side of the mortgage process, and can monitor the legal aspects of each individual case more closely.”
