The programme is available to all property professionals with a minimum of four years relevant residential property industry expertise or two years if degree qualified.
Paul Chapman, managing director of Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “We are pleased to be at the forefront of developments in major trainee surveyor schemes.
“This will provide fantastic opportunities for talented individuals to develop a professional career and at the same time help in addressing the capacity issue facing the industry.”
It is hoped that by encouraging “new blood” into the surveying profession with a structured training programme it will demonstrate to budding surveyors that this it is a career with longevity.
