As senior members of the technical services team, they will focus on maintaining high standards in service delivery
Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS), a provider of property risk management, valuations, and customer surveys in the UK, has announced the appointment of Matthew Ison (pictured left) and Andrew Peters (pictured right) as associate directors of technical services.
Ison began his career with CSS in 2013 through the company’s graduate surveyor scheme and most recently served as head of operational risk.
Peters, who joined CSS in 2012 as an associate surveyor, has over two decades of experience in surveying and estate agency. Before his promotion, he was head of technical services.
As senior members of the technical services team, Ison and Peters will focus on maintaining high standards in service delivery to customers and corporate clients, while ensuring robust risk controls. They will also support the company’s efforts towards sustainable profit growth.
“Both Matt and Andrew have developed first-class reputations for their extensive technical knowledge and experience, earning immense respect from both clients and colleagues alike,” said Matthew Cumber, managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, commenting on the appointments. “Their proven leadership abilities and invaluable contributions continue to be central to the ongoing success of CSS.
“Sincere congratulations to them both on their well-deserved appointments. My leadership team colleagues and I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to consolidate our market leading position in terms of property risk and technical support.”
In October last year, CSS announced the appointment of Martyn Stones as director of technical services. Stones is a fully qualified chartered surveyor with over 35 years of experience working across the residential property market. He rejoined CSS after two and a half years working in roles across fintech and proptech startups.
