In her role as regional director, she will be responsible for managing the performance, productivity and ongoing development of CSS surveyors within the designated region.
Spenceley has been a chartered surveyor for 27 years and has a background in commercial property together with 18 years of experience in residential survey and valuation. Rebecca Freeman, director of field operations at Countrywide Surveying Services, welcomed the addition of Spenceley to the senior leadership team at CSS.
“Her expertise, knowledge and status within the surveying profession will bring additional support to the future growth and success of the business in the coming years,” Freeman said.
Spenceley, for her part, said she was looking forward to using her experience to contribute to the continued success and growth of CSS.
“People are at the heart of any business, and I’m excited to work closely with my new colleagues and teams across the company who are operating at the very top of their game,” she added.
