Other products are a 85% LTV residential 2-year fix at 2.85% (from 2.99%) with no arrangement fee.
Its variable flex for term deal, which incurs no early repayment charges, now stands at 2.35% (from 2.59%) to 85% LTV with a £800 fee.
On buy-to-let meanwhile its 75% LTV 5-year flexx fix stands at 4.55% (from 4.80%) with a £1999 arrangement fee with no ERCs.
