This set is part of a new range which also includes additional products for first-time buyers, buy-to-let investors and new 'Flexx for Term' options.
Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “We are delighted to launch a range of unique three year options each paying a great rate of 2.69%.”
The options include a £199 booking fee with £800 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges and a £300 arrangement fee with an ERC of 3% until 2016.
The building society has also launched a capped tracker which tracks the base rate at +2.19% capped at 3.09%.
Franklin added: “The capped tracker is perfect for borrowers who want to enjoy the benefit of a low base rate with the added bonus that if the base rate does go below 0.50%, their rate will fall even further.”
