It has also launched a 3.89% flexx 5-year fixed rate also available at 65% LTV with no early repayment charges.
Both products come with a £199 booking fee and an £800 arrangement fee.
Coventry has also launched a range of 2-year flexx fixed rate buy-to-let mortgages available at 75% loan to value with a £250 booking fee and no early repayment charges.
The 75% LTV buy-to-let deals are available at 5.35% with a £999 arrangement fee and at 5.60% with no arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.
