The range includes a 2.49% 2-year fixed rate and a 3.09% 5-year fixed rate both with a £199 booking fee and an £800 arrangement fee.
The society has also introduced a 4.49% buy-to-let term flexible rate with a £250 booking fee and a £1,749 arrangement fee.
