Further highlights of the range are a 3.35% 2-year fixed rate at 85% LTV and a 4.75% 5-year fixed rate at 90% LTV both with a booking fee of £199.
Colin Franklin, managing director of Coventry’s intermediary brand Godiva Mortgages, said: “Given the current low base rate environment fixed rate mortgages are a popular option amongst borrowers who are keen to lock into a low rate.
“With this in mind we have launched a range of highly competitive residential 2, 3 and 5-year fixed rates many with no arrangement fees.”
The Coventry has also launched a 2.75% variable offset Flexx for Term mortgage at 65% LTV with a booking fee of £199 and an arrangement fee of £800.
