The new products include:
• 4.49% fixed until 30.09.2015 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, no arrangement fee
• 4.12% fixed until 30.09.2014 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee
• 3.99% fixed until 30.09.2013 - 85% LTV, £199 booking fee, £300 arrangement fee
All products also include one basic valuation and a legal package for remortgagors.
