The new portfolio, which is specifically for those borrowers who are self employed, includes three flexible products, all with no early redemption charges. These are:
- 4.25% Flexx
- 4.49% Flexx
- 4.79% Flexx
Borrowers can choose which rate, loan to value and incentives are most suitable for their individual circumstances. The new range also includes new fixed and discounted rate products.
