Coventry has also launched a 5-year tracker at Bank Base Rate +3.00% available at 65% LTV with a £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.
An arrangement fee free version is available at Bank Base Rate +3.50%.
The mutual has also launched a 4.35% offset deal at 65% LTV with a £199 booking fee with no arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.
Coventry has also launched a 2-year fixed rate buy-to-let deal at 4.49% available up to 65% LTV with a £250 booking fee with no arrangement fee.
