Its 65% LTV 2-year fix will stand at 1.69%, while borrowers can also take out a 5-year fix at 2.29%, both with a £999 arrangement fee.
Its fee free 75% LTV 5-year fix has been cut to 2.79%, while the lender has also reduced its 85% LTV flex for term variable to 2.55% with a £300 arrangement fee and no repayment charges.
