Coventry updates range

The changes are effective from Thursday 29 November, with the following additional products introduced to the range;

There are three new Flexx for term (variable) products available from Coventry Building Society.

One is available at a rate of 6.10 per cent with a booking fee of £199 and an arrangement fee of £800. The second at 6.25 per cent with £199 booking fee, £350 arrangement fee, and the third at 6.25 per cent with £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee. All benefit from free valuations and free legal package for remortgagors, with no ERCs, and are available at 95 per cent LTV.

In addition the following products have been added to Godiva Mortgages' range. All are fixed rate until 31 March 2010 at 95 per cent LTV with free valuation and no higher lending charge. There are ERCs of 4 per cent of the balance repaid to 31 March 2010.

• 7.24 per cent
