The housebuilding company has developed a detailed set of working practices and protocols to allow construction sites to operate safely.
Housebuilding business Crest Nicholson Holdings will start the phased remobilisation of activity on its construction sites from 18 May.
This timeframe and phased approach will allow the company time to make the necessary adjustments to site safety, as well as to properly train employees, suppliers and sub-contractors on new requirements.
The company has developed a detailed set of working practices and protocols to allow construction sites to operate safely and in line with government guidance.
Crest Nicholson's sites and operations have been shut since early April; however, it has continued to take on some new sales and has been able to process legal completions during lockdown.
Peter Truscott, chief executive at Crest Nicholson, said: “It’s great news customers can now start buying new homes and moving house.
"Our commitment to safety remains our number one priority and we look forward to welcoming our customers back on our sites and to sales offices, in line with social distancing guidelines, from 18 May.”
