At Crystal he will target completing £100m of business annually by 2018.

Tamworth-based Crystal Specialist Finance recorded over £213m worth of business between January and March - a 49% increase year-on-year.
The packager recently moved to a £350,000 2,700 square feet office in Tamworth, while it plans to create 20 jobs in the next 12 months to satisfy demand.
