D&D Homecare Ltd appoints new head of sales

David joins from rival firm Paymentshield, where he was Head of Business Partnerships. During David’s time with Paymentshield he has headed up the business development and agency support teams as well as being responsible for the team of national account managers.

This announcement follows the appointment earlier this year of Glen Coultish to Head of Operations, previously Operations & Development Manager for Standard Life.

David has agreed to start on the 16th August 2004. It is thought that both positions will join the Board of D&D during 2005.

Commenting on his appointment, David McGill said: "D&D Homecare is investing heavily in its future to ensure its continued growth within this increasingly demanding market."

With the implementation of FSA regulation on the horizon, both the mortgage broker and IFA sectors are seeking product providers such as D&D who have a proven track record of providing quality innovative products backed up by its philosophy and focus on delivering the highest customer service.

I’m looking forward to playing my part in the company’s ongoing and future success.

Paul Thompson, Operations Director, adds: “I am delighted that David has agreed to join the team. He brings with him substantial experience not only from his time with Paymentshield but also from his management and sales background. We now have in place the right team for the next stage of expansion at D&D”.
