2.00% discount off the Universal Standard Variable Rate for 2 years.
Offering a current rate of 3.79 % PA (5.9 % APR).
Stepped discount of 1.99% off the Universal Standard Variable Rate for 2 years followed by 0.80% in year 3.
Offering a current rate of 3.80% PA (5.8% APR), free standard valuation, free legal fees (subject to Society nominated Solicitor or £300 cashback for house purchases.
All of the new discounted rate mortgages feature the ability to make annual capital repayments up to 10% of the balance, no early repayment charges after the discounted period and daily interest.
