Mason has over 11 years’ experience working within financial services, most recently at Credit Suisse, where, she was a transaction specialist.

Mark Posniak, managing director of Dragonfly Property Finance, said: “Hannah and Sam are both great additions to our rapidly expanding team.
“Hannah’s extensive experience within the financial services industry, and knowledge of the FCA, will ensure she brings new insights to the way we work and the processes we have in place.
“Sam, meanwhile, represents our commitment to bringing new blood into the industry. Even though he’s only at the beginning of his career, he has the ability to make a mark of his own.”
Mason added: “I have always wanted to work for a smaller company where I could have more input into the way it operates, and with Dragonfly that has finally happened. Dragonfly is already an exceptionally well-run ship but I hope to be able to further improve its processes and procedures in order to deliver an even better service to brokers, their clients and all our partners.”
And Wisker added: “When applying for graduate positions, Dragonfly stood out as a great company to work for.
“It was immediately clear that they have an exceptional track record and a clear vision for the future, and for someone at the beginning of their career that’s a huge draw. I was specifically looking for a job that was challenging and fast-paced, and working for Dragonfly is certainly that.”
