Unlike traditional sourcing links which require the user to switch between multiple systems and wrestle with information stored in different places, the new facility brings mortgage products and KFIs directly to the existing Intelligent Office user interface, resulting in a quick and streamlined user experience that is intuitive, easy to learn and ensures all information is kept together.
The system has recently gone live following a successful trial with a number of IntelliFlo’s existing customers, and is based on DPR’s award-winning Mortgage Bench sourcing platform.
Dave Patel, Managing Director of DPR Consulting said, “Sourcing systems come and go, but those that survive going forward will be those that put the needs of the user first. In bypassing our own user interface and embedding the sourcing functions directly into the Intelligent Office front end, we believe we have achieved something truly innovative that adds real value to IntelliFlo’s clients by saving them time and effort. Fortunately IntelliFlo shared our vision and their customers are enjoying the benefit.”
Nick Eatock, CEO of IntelliFlo added, “Intelligent Office already offers direct integration with a number of product providers in other areas, so for us extending the system to include mortgage sourcing and KFIs was the obvious next step. DPR provided us with the technical expertise and mortgage experience needed to deliver this new service smoothly and efficiently, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.”
