Patel has nine years’ experience working within financial services, while he joins from Private & Commercial Finance where he worked as a senior recoveries manager.
Johnson joins from Pepper UK, where she was a mortgage and litigation specialist for five years.
The bridging lender hired Mark Posniak as managing director last month before appointing Matt Smith as director of risk and recoveries and D'mitri Zaprzala as head of sales.
