The new offices provide the Society with nearly 6000 square feet of space, spread over two floors, to accommodate the growth of the business both now and in the future.
The main branch office remains in the centre of Dudley to service of the local community for savings and investment business.
Having started a branch modernisation programme this year, along with a new intermediary mortgage distribution strategy, the move is the culmination of an important stage in the development of the Society, Jeremy Wood, chief executive at Dudley Building Society, said.
He added: “Dudley Building Society has been a fixture of the local landscape for over 150 years and we continue to draw our sense of purpose and belonging from our Black Country roots.
“Our new head office gives us the room to build on those strong local bonds and as our forward looking plans begin to mature, we shall be looking to add to the ten head office roles we have already created this year.
“We now have a wonderful base from which to develop all aspects of our business, which in turn will benefit our members, as well as provide additional work opportunities in and around the Dudley area.”
The move will take place over the weekend of the 19 and 20 of October and the offices will be fully operational on Monday 21 of October.
