Duffy joined Hamptons International in 2001 and has played a critical role in the launch and success of its mortgage division, driving profitability and helping to set the agenda for future growth.
Under Duffy’s leadership, Hamptons International Mortgages expanded from three people to a team of 50 and won numerous awards.
Duffy will now take a six-month sabbatical, before considering a number of new career opportunities.
