The new mortgage sourcing software known as The Core, is web-based, providing the user with accurate mortgage sourcing results and an enhanced user experience, according to the provider. The Core is the first part of the family of “Core” products being released over the coming months.
Durell Software managing director, Robert White, advised, “The integration will take place at the earliest available opportunity and it will allow our 1000 plus users to access the next evolution of mortgage sourcing technology.
“The CDS Group software allows pre-population from the existing Durell platform thus saving the broker time and money and improving the client experience. Additionally, and importantly, brokers can choose to offer a direct consumer version on their own website, for clients or prospects who prefer to undertake elements of the search and selection process themselves and act as a lead generation tool to the broker.”
