The provider quality checks every HIP it produces to make sure any error is picked up and dealt with as soon as possible.
Common errors found in HIPs are:
• The wrong search is added on to the wrong property;
• One or more HIP components are missing from the HIP;
• Incorrect leases are included for leasehold properties;
• Incorrect property descriptions are included
