eConveyancer has reported hundreds of Pink Home Loans members have logged on to the system during the few weeks since its launch via the mortgage distributor.
Alan Dring, sales director at eConveyancer, said: "We’re delighted with the response from Pink members, who have been logging on to the system in their droves. Pink has done an excellent job of making members aware of the benefits that eConveyancer can offer in terms of client cost savings, increased income for brokers and greater business efficiency.
"Appointed representatives and directly authorised members of Pink have not only been logging on to find out more about the system, but have been instructing conveyancers across the country. It has been a great start to our partnership with Pink."
A recent Pink survey showed that 44 per cent of intermediaries only occasionally promote the services of a conveyancer provider to their clients, and 13 per cent never do. Pink hope that by offering eConveyancer as part of its proposition, it will encourage more intermediaries to provide this added value service to its clients.
Tony Jones, managing director at Pink Home Loans, commented: "We are delighted to have teamed up with eConveyancer to offer this great service to our intermediaries. We are already seeing a considerable take up and we hope that the easy to use system will encourage many more to assist their clients with the instruction of a conveyancer."
