The price will include all the essential components of a HIP, including an Energy Performance Certificate. If clients require optional extras such as a Home Condition Report, Environmental Search or a deferred payment option, these will also be made available and priced on a menu basis.
eConveyancer’s HIPs proposition is being marketed under the ehips brand and full details are being presented to introducers via a nationwide roadshow which commences in Leeds. The presentations then move on to Newcastle, Watford, Bristol, London, Birmingham and Reading and conclude in Manchester on 2 May.
Alan Dring, sales director at eConveyancer, said: “eConveyancer has been able to achieve this market leading pricing by keeping costs tightly under control. We have decided to dispense with expensive advertising campaigns and conference venues, preferring instead to pass the benefits on to introducers and their clients.
“Introducers can either sell our HIPs to their clients at the net price of £225 + VAT, or add a margin of their choice in order to boost their income. With competitor’s products being significantly more expensive than our own, there is plenty of scope to add a healthy margin and still undercut the competition.”
