The roadshows are taking place between 18 and 27 April at venues throughout the country and aim to give brokers practical assistance with their preparations for the launch of HIPs. eConveyancer will also be presenting its own HIPs package, which will be marketed under the ehips brand.
Brokers have a choice of attending either a morning (10am to 12 noon) or afternoon (1pm to 3pm) session and must pre-book to secure a place.
Alan Dring, sales director for eConveyancer, said: “These sessions have been structured to help brokers understand the ways in which they can market HIPs effectively to their clients. We will explain the choice of HIPs packages on offer, the pricing structure and the support available from pack providers such as ehips.
“We are already receiving lots of enquiries about courses such as these, so we anticipate strong demand. Places are limited, so I encourage brokers to book early.”
The HIPs roadshow will be visiting the following locations:
Leeds 17 April
Newcastle 18 April
Watford 23 April
Bristol 26 April
London 27 April
Birmingham 30 April
Reading 1 May
Manchester 2 May
Location maps will be forwarded to delegates with their booking confirmation.
Dring concluded: “Love them or hate them, HIPs will become a reality on 1 June and can help brokers boost their income. Every house seller is required by law to have a HIP, so they will not be a difficult sell. Brokers cannot afford to turn their backs on this commercial opportunity which is being handed to them on a plate.”
