The enhanced range covers full status and self-cert two-year fixed remortgage products.
Available from ‘Near Prime’, through to ‘Unlimited’, all of these products offer a valuation refund and free remortgage service. They also carry a flat arrangement fee of £799, and have no overhanging early repayment charge.
Products from the ‘Near Prime’, ‘Extra Light’ and ‘Light’ ranges are available up to 90 per cent loan-to-value (LTV), ‘Medium’ and ‘Heavy’ products up to 85 per cent LTV and products from the ‘Unlimited’ range, up to 80 per cent LTV.
Rates start from 6.69 per cent for the full status ‘Near Prime’ 85 per cent LTV two-year fix, and 6.89 per cent for the self-cert ‘Near Prime’ 85 per cent LTV two-year fix.
