Edge will be responsible for a broker panel covering a number of areas across the Midlands and East Anglia, including Birmingham, Coventry, Derby and Norwich.
Having previously worked for GE Money and Platform Mortgages, Kelsey brings 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She spent seven years as a business development manager operating within the specialist mortgage market.
