Elite Property Search Ltd specialises in sourcing equestrian, waterside, city homes and country estates for clients, with properties valued in excess of £1 million throughout the UK and £2 million in London.
Dealing primarily in the South East of the country, with particular emphasis on the Home Counties and surrounding areas, Elite specialises in handling the purchasing requirements of high net worth clients.
Intermediaries with clients fitting this criteria can refer them to Elite, which then sources privately marketed properties of wealthy clients and conducts searches and services suited to the individual needs of each client.
Once a transaction is completed, Elite Property Search Ltd charges the buyer a fee of 2.5 per cent of the purchase price, with a fee of 7.5 per cent being paid to brokers for referral business.
Tim Sharp, director at Elite Property Search Ltd, said: “Sourcing and acquiring properties for high net worth clients who are relocating, buying a second home or a bigger property takes time and resource. Our service is tailored to meet these needs, saving them time and money.”
Rahul Shah, head of specialist lending at Mortgage Centre IFA, said that when dealing with high net worth clients, company credentials are crucially important. “This can be useful for certain people but it is a competitive market and some people will use it. For me it will depend on the company’s credentials. I won’t be swayed by the size of the referral fee.”
