em- now offers a £300 contribution towards legal fees on all heavy and unlimited purchase mortgages within the Spectrum range as well as free legals on heavy and unlimited remortgages in England and Wales.
These two deals will strengthen the range, which includes deals such as: two-year fixed rates from 5.63%; three-year fixed rates from 5.78%; affordability based underwriting available for full status and self cert products available for first-time buyers with up to 90% loan-to-value (LTV).
