The mortgage has been designed, in conjunction with Scottish Widows Bank, to meet the needs of those potential borrowers with very little credit history.
The loan is available up to 102 per cent loan-to-value, and is underwritten individually – so there is no credit scoring.
There is a free mortgage valuation up to £250, and £150 towards legal fees, but to qualify for the mortgage applicants must be over 21, have graduated within the last five years, and have been employed on a permanent basis for the past 12 months.
Stuart Wartalski, head of corporate communications at Endsleigh, said: "The Scottish Widows Bank Graduate Mortgage demonstrates out commitment to young people and we are delighted to add it to our product range."
