Move aims to bolster support for high-net-worth clients in the region

International mortgage broker Enness Global has announced the appointment of Mariel Maretti (pictured) as its new head of the Americas.
The role is part of the company’s strategy to address increasing demand for multi-million-dollar mortgage solutions across the region. The move also highlights Enness’s focus on high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients, including US citizens and other affluent individuals in key markets such as Miami, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, and Mexico City.
The Americas have also become an emerging hotspot for cryptocurrency-backed financing, an area where Enness has developed expertise.
Maretti, who will be based in Dallas, brings more than 15 years of experience in wealth management. She has raised over $500 million in debt financing across the US, Europe, and Mexico. In her new role, Maretti will provide tailored services to meet the needs of Enness’s clientele, while supporting the firm’s global network and expanding its service offerings.
“For a long time, the US has been our second-largest market for client acquisition, and with some of the most impressive and expensive real estate in the world it remains a critical region for us,” said Islay Robinson, chief executive of Enness Global. “The creation of this role allows us to better service high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the Americas, including those looking to purchase super-prime property here in London and other parts of the world.
“I am delighted to welcome Mariel Maretti as our new head of the Americas. Her deep expertise in navigating complex finance areas such as high-value property finance, loan structuring, and mezzanine finance is perfectly aligned with our clients’ needs. Her appointment also represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy, enhancing our existing international footprint and ability to provide exceptional, in-market support for our global clientele.”
