Le Quesne will acquire an equity stake in the business.
In his new role, Le Quesne will provide guidance and support to the firm’s international growth plans.
Le Quesne is the chief executive of JTC PLC, and he has experience as a chairman and director in public and private markets across several business sectors over his career.
