Liam Dixon, Simon Jacobs and Jorge Monte have all been appointed as service quality managers.
Marie Hughes has been appointed as head of underwriting.
All four have been with Enterprise over three years and have consistently been the top performers in their respective roles. All report directly to Jason Badla, Enterprise Group’s director of new business.
They are responsible for ensuring that the service received by introducing brokers, consistently remains at the highest possible standard. Dixon and Jacobs have taken responsibility for all ‘broker liaison’, Monte bridges the gap between the broker liaison and underwriting departments, and Hughes has taken responsibility for maintaining an excellent standard of underwriting quality.
Each has their own mobile ‘hot-line’ number which allows access for Enterprise’s team of business development managers (BDMs), whenever required.
Jason Badla, director of new business at Enterprise, said: “These high quality appointments will ensure that the best possible service is delivered to brokers at all times. Having mobile hot-lines will mean that whenever any broker has any kind of query, they just need to contact their BDM, who can now instantly gain access to people that have the right authority, skill and ability to immediately assist. We are pleased that brokers have already expressed their delight with this significant enhancement to our service.”
