The offer will apply to applications sourced using Enterprise's EDGE system and received on or before 31 December 2006. The admin fee normally includes the cost of valuation and re-type fees.
EDGE is a non-conforming sourcing system which is available on-line 24/7. It provides ranked solutions for any given client priority, along with a checklist of lender requirements for each solution. It also provides a full audit trail so that brokers can prove thorough research was carried out prior to recommendation, ensuring regulatory safety at all times. Brokers need to register on-line to use the system.
The offer applies to all lenders, all schemes, and all loan sizes, and is available to all Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) introducers and all networks where Enterprise is appointed to their panel. Brokers need to send in a copy of the ranked solutions sheet generated by EDGE to qualify.
Michael Clapper, chief executive officer (ceo) at Enterprise Group, said: “We have never before launched a free admin fee incentive, but now we have good reason to. In our opinion, EDGE is by far the best non-conforming sourcing system in the market, providing invaluable speed and safety for any broker using it. This incentive is designed to encourage brokers to give it a try and see for themselves. It is now in the broker’s own competitive interests to have a go.”
Richard Coulson, ceo at Home of Choice said: “At Home of Choice, we think the EDGE system is an outstanding tool for brokers in the non-conforming market. Now that our partners can achieve a free admin fee when using it, it can only be good news for them and their clients.”
