The company originally opened its first branch in the village in 1995, adding offices in locations that include Sprotborough, Armthorpe and Tickhill, as well as opening an office on Hallgate, in Doncaster centre.
The newly renovated Bessacarr office aims to offer buyers and sellers in the region a 'one stop shop' for all their property needs, including valuations, house and apartment sales and mortgage advice, all under one roof.
"Our new branch at Bessacarr re-opened in November after a £40,000 refurbishment and now has the facility to offer full services including sales, lettings, surveys and mortgage services," stated Robinson Hornsby director, Chris Thomson.
"What's more, for the first time we will have a dedicated mortgage arranger based on-site. Julie Fisher, formerly a mortgage advisor with The Halifax has just joined the company, bringing a wealth of experience to Robinson Hornsby," he added.
Robinson Hornsby's mortgage advice and financial services department will operate as the local branch of mortgage broker Mortgage Talk which provides financial services for a network of over fifty estate agency offices throughout the United Kingdom.
Thomson commented that the new estate agency team aims to be the driving force in house sales and mortgage advice in the
area. "In addition to offering local residents professional property
valuations and a highly motivated sales team, our specialist mortgage department will help homebuyers choose the perfect mortgage for their needs," said Thompson.
