This new technology will mean that digital images of properties can now be attached to electronically signed-off valuation reports, which are then transmitted via the intranet or internet, to wherever the client requests.
Richard Sexton, National Business Development Manager said: “Lenders can immediately benefit from this latest technology. Whereas previously photographs had to be sent via the postal system, which often slowed down the procedure and caused administration difficulties, the digital image can be sent within minutes.”
Paul Latham, e.surv’s Managing Director, commented: “We are delighted that several lenders have already signed up for our new digital camera technology. e.surv has always been committed to the use of new technology, and developing existing systems, to improve the quality of service for our clients. We have a reputation for leading in the use of technology in the surveying business, and as result our clients regard us as much more than simply a supplier. I have no doubt that the high standards e.surv are setting in this field will be followed by others in our industry.”
