Horsfield, a qualified solicitor, will be responsible for overseeing the legal, compliance, internal audit and operational risk functions at Exact and Precise Mortgages.
He joins the team having worked with the Morgan Stanley Group where he was director of legal and compliance at Advantage.
Previously, he spent 15 years at Derbyshire Building Society and was instrumental in the launch of Salt and Salt Commercial.
