The rating is two levels above last year’s award and reflects the development and growth of the business during the last twelve months.
Fitch also awarded Exact with its first Primary Servicer rating of RPS3+.
Ian Lonergan, Exact chief executive officer, said: "So far as we are aware, no other servicer has received a two level increase within the last four to five years.
“We have worked extremely hard to achieve the awards and look forward to continuing our success throughout the remainder of 2013 and beyond."
