A team of First National staff dedicated to Exclusive Connections has been introduced to provide its 44 strong national network of packagers with quicker turnaround times.
Matthew Arena, managing director for Exclusive Connections, said: “First National is the fourth onsite facility we have introduced to support intermediaries that use Exclusive Connections. There is an ever-increasing demand within the industry to provide a better service for brokers and on-site operations are one way to quickly improve service standards.
