An official release from Clarion last week stated that it was seeking “an urgent order of the court in relation to duties owed by the former employee to Clarion Events”.
Clarion today applied for an injunction against Prosser but this afternoon, sitting in Court number 12 at The Royal Courts of Justice, Judge Males dismissed the case.
James Prosser was unavailable to comment.
The Financial Services Expo takes place on October 1 and October 2 this year at Billingsgate Market, London.
