The Zone, sponsored by Commercial First, will include exhibitors from the commercial, bridging and buy-to-let sectors.
It will also feature a Seminar Theatre delivering a programme of presentations organised by the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and supported by the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).
The programme, which will run for the full two days of London Expo and be chaired by Adam Tyler, chief executive of the NACFB, covers the following areas:
- Introduction to bridging finance.
- Sub-prime and self-cert commercial lending.
- Introduction to commercial lending.
- The buy-to-let market.
- How to run a commercial brokerage.

Mortgage Business Expo London 2007 has been split into four zones this year: Residential Mortgages, Secured Lending, Commercial Property Finance and Equity Release. All zones will have dedicated seminar theatres organised by industry trade bodies and will also contain key industry exhibitors plus a range of seminars from industry experts delivering information and advice on how to enter these potentially lucrative markets.
