The Equity Release Pavilion will offer mortgage intermediaries the chance to meet with and evaluate a large number of the UK’s equity release product providers, while also benefiting from the free seminars organised by the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI).
The Equity Release Pavilion seminar programme runs for both days of the show, 16-17 May at Manchester Central (formerly G-MEX), and includes the following presentations:
• Entering the equity release market. Presentations from Dean Mirfin, business development director at Key Retirement Solutions and Stuart Wilson, managing director of Equity Release Advisory Service.
• State benefits and equity release. Presentations from Dean Mirfin and Gareth Morgan, managing director of Fintal.
• Regulation and equity release. Presentations from the FSA on day one and Tish Hanafan, barrister at Legal Support Services on day two.
